An aerospace manufacturer processing 7075 aluminum alloy large panels (3m×1.5m) could only deburr 2-3 pieces per worker daily by hand, with poor consistency and uneven edge chamfering leading to customer complaints.

解决方案 / Solution

在五轴CNC加工中心末端集成钢丝刷辊去毛刺工序,选用0.014mm不锈钢丝径的柔性刷辊。通过工艺参数优化(转速1200rpm、进给800mm/min),实现全自动边缘倒角和表面处理。钢丝刷相比磨料刷不会堵塞,可连续加工。

Integrated wire brush roller deburring as the final operation on a 5-axis CNC machining center, using flexible 0.014mm stainless steel wire brushes at 1200rpm / 800mm/min feed. Unlike abrasive brushes, wire bristles do not load up with debris, enabling continuous unattended operation.

实施效果 / Results

单件处理时间从45分钟(手工)降至3分钟(自动),效率提升15倍。边缘倒角一致性达到±0.05mm,客户投诉归零。单把刷辊寿命超过8000件工件。

Per-part processing time dropped from 45 min (manual) to 3 min (automated) — 15× efficiency gain. Edge chamfer consistency reached ±0.05mm, zero customer complaints. Single brush roller life exceeded 8,000 parts.
