A sheet metal fabricator processing 300 tons/month of laser-cut parts relied on manual angle grinders for oxide and burr removal — 6 workers on 2 shifts. High labor costs, dust hazards, and thin sheets (<0.8mm) easily deformed. Recruitment became increasingly difficult.

解决方案 / Solution

引入Timesavers 32 RB系列毛刷轮去毛刺机,配备多组旋转毛刷轮(碳化硅磨料尼龙轮+钢丝轮组合),干式作业自带除尘。真空吸附台面可固定最小100mm×100mm的薄板。全线PLC控制,一人值守即可。

Implemented Timesavers 32 RB series brush wheel deburring machine with multiple rotating brush wheel sets (SiC abrasive nylon + steel wire combination), dry operation with integrated dust extraction. Vacuum table secures sheets as small as 100mm×100mm. PLC-controlled, single-operator attendance.

实施效果 / Results

操作人员从6人降至1人,月产能从300吨提升至500吨。薄板变形率归零,表面粗糙度Ra从12.5μm降至3.2μm以下。年度人工成本节省约120万元。

Operators reduced from 6 to 1. Monthly capacity increased from 300 to 500 tons. Thin sheet deformation eliminated, surface roughness Ra improved from 12.5μm to below 3.2μm. Annual labor savings of ~$170,000.
