在CNC加工程序末端集成NamPower点阵式圆盘刷(碳化硅浸渍尼龙+钢丝混合)进行自动去毛刺和表面光整。刷盘柔性可适应不同高度特征,同一把刷同时处理铝、钢、铸铁材料无需更换。
Integrated NamPower dot-style abrasive plate/disc brushes (SiC-impregnated nylon + wire) at end of CNC programs for automated deburring and finishing. Brush flexibility adapts to varying feature heights; same brush handles aluminum, steel and cast iron without changeover.
实施效果 / Results
单件去毛刺时间缩短至30秒,日产能从15套/人提升至120套/班。表面光洁度均匀一致,客户退货率从3%降至0.1%。刷具寿命达5000件以上。
Per-unit deburring time reduced to 30 seconds. Daily output jumped from 15 units/person to 120 units/shift. Surface finish became uniform — customer return rate dropped from 3% to 0.1%. Brush life exceeded 5,000 units.
