某大型煤矿主斜井运输皮带长1200m,原用聚氨酯清扫器在冬季低温(-15°C)下硬化失效,物料回程掉落量达日均3吨。皮带机尾积料严重,每班需2名工人清理,且存在自燃安全隐患。

A major coal mine's 1,200m main inclined conveyor belt had polyurethane cleaners that hardened and failed in winter (-15°C), causing ~3 tons/day of carryback spillage. Tail section buildup required 2 workers per shift to clean, posing spontaneous combustion risk.

解决方案 / Solution

设计双级清扫方案:一级使用重型钢丝滚刷(Φ500mm,0.5mm钢丝)强力剥离大块物料,二级使用耐磨PA1010毛刷排(-40°C不脆化)进行精细清扫。刷体角度可调,自动补偿刷丝磨损。电机驱动,与皮带联动启停。

Designed a 2-stage system: primary heavy-duty steel wire roller brush (Φ500mm, 0.5mm wire) for aggressive large-material removal, secondary wear-resistant PA1010 brush strip (-40°C rated) for fine cleaning. Auto-wear compensation and adjustable angle. Motor-driven, interlocked with belt start/stop.

实施效果 / Results

回程掉落量从3吨/天降至0.1吨/天以下,减少97%。每班清理工人从2人降为0(无人巡检)。皮带机尾自燃风险消除,冬季运行稳定。年度节省清理人工和物料损失约80万元。

Carryback reduced from 3 tons/day to under 0.1 tons/day — 97% reduction. Cleaning workers per shift from 2 to 0 (unattended). Spontaneous combustion risk at tail eliminated, stable winter operation. Annual savings of ~$110,000 in labor and material losses.
