解决方案 / Solution
设计不锈钢框架式皮带刷清洁站,安装在传送带回程段。刷体采用FDA认证的食品级PP刷丝(白色,可金属探测),配备快速释放销钉实现30秒内换刷。刷体可整体拆卸进行CIP(就地清洗)。
Designed a stainless steel frame belt brush cleaning station mounted on the belt return path. Brushes use FDA-compliant food-grade PP bristles (white, metal-detectable) with quick-release pins for 30-second brush changes. Full brush assembly removable for CIP (clean-in-place).
实施效果 / Results
传送带清洁间隔从4小时延长至24小时,每日停机清洁时间从3小时降至0.5小时。食品安全审核通过率100%。产能提升12%,相当于年增产约2000吨成品。
