解决方案 / Solution
在牛舍通道和采食区安装60套悬挂式智能牛体刷。刷体采用Φ600mm×1200mm耐磨PP+天然鬃毛混合滚刷，配备红外感应自动启停和15°摆动自适应牛体轮廓。电机IP65防护，适应冲洗消毒环境。
Installed 60 suspended intelligent cow brushes in barn passages and feeding areas. Brushes use Φ600mm×1200mm wear-resistant PP + natural bristle blend rollers, with infrared auto start/stop and 15° pendulum swing adapting to cow body contours. IP65-rated motor for washdown environments.
实施效果 / Results
安装3个月后，牛只体表寄生虫发病率从12%降至2%，日产奶量提升6.5%（每头+2.1L）。刻板行为减少70%，奶牛在刷体区域的停留时间日均增加35分钟。设备投资回收期仅4个月。
