An 1,800MW nuclear plant's heat exchanger tubes had heavy scaling (0.5mm thick). Traditional single-direction tube brushes left residual deposits after multiple passes, degrading heat transfer efficiency and costing ~$2M/year in extra fuel.
解决方案 / Solution
采用双向螺旋不锈钢管道刷配合BSL-50大推力系统,刷丝采用0.3mm不锈钢丝螺旋缠绕,正反向各刮擦一次实现双倍清洁效果。刷体直径精确匹配管内径(公差+0.05mm),避免卡刷或接触不良。
Deployed bi-directional spiral stainless steel tube brushes with BSL-50 high-thrust system. 0.3mm SS wire spiral wrap provides double cleaning action in both directions. Brush diameter precisely matched to tube ID (+0.05mm tolerance) preventing binding.
实施效果 / Results
单次清理实现近100%沉积物去除,换热效率恢复到设计值的98%。年度燃料成本降低180万美元。清洗周期从每季度延长至每半年一次。
Achieved near-100% deposit removal in a single pass, restoring heat transfer efficiency to 98% of design value. Annual fuel savings of $1.8M. Cleaning interval extended from quarterly to semi-annual.
