定制防静电清洁毛刷(表面电阻10⁶-10⁹Ω)配合在线超声波清洗机使用。刷丝采用导电碳纤维填充PA6材质,直径0.08mm超细丝径可深入0.3mm pitch的BGA焊球间隙。刷柄设计为标准气动快换接口,可集成到自动化产线。
Custom ESD-safe cleaning brushes (surface resistivity 10⁶-10⁹Ω) for use with inline ultrasonic cleaners. Bristles use conductive carbon-filled PA6 at 0.08mm ultra-fine diameter, reaching into 0.3mm pitch BGA ball gaps. Standard pneumatic quick-connect handle for automated line integration.
实施效果 / Results
PCB返修率从5%降至0.3%,ESD损坏率降至零。单板清洁时间从120秒(手工)降至25秒(自动),产线速度提升至设计产能的110%。年节省返修成本约180万元。
