The brush is manufactured to match the exact profile of your conveyor belt, including curves, cleats, or V-guides. This ensures maximum contact and cleaning effectiveness across irregular surfaces. We use your belt specifications or a template to produce a perfect fit.
Bristles can be selected from nylon, polypropylene, steel wire, or abrasive filaments depending on debris type and belt material. The backing is reinforced to prevent shaft breakage under heavy loads, typically made from carbon steel or aluminum with anti-corrosion coating.
Lead time is typically 4–6 weeks after receiving your conveyor profile dimensions, belt material, and operating conditions. We require a detailed drawing or physical sample of the belt profile. Rapid prototyping can be arranged for urgent needs.
It is ideal for conveyors with non-standard profiles, such as food processing belts with cleats, mining belts with V-ribs, or recycling lines with textured surfaces. The custom shape ensures no cleaning gaps and reduces belt wear compared to generic brushes.
